House Points Loyalty

You can redeem your rewards online by logging in to the customer portal, located at the bottom left of the screen. Click on the redeem section of your account. If a reward is available, you can copy and paste the code into the discount code field at checkout.

To redeem points in-store, please provide your email address to the sales consultant. Your points will be available to redeem against your purchase. Alternatively, you can scan your rewards card using your Apple Wallet (if available).

Please note:
You will not earn House Points on purchases made using a loyalty rewards voucher. Only one voucher per transaction; a minimum spend is required to activate the discount.

House Points vouchers cannot be redeemed:

• If the minimum spend is less than $200
• On the same purchase that generated the points
• On an order after it has been placed
• In conjunction with any other offer or voucher
• Expired House Points Vouchers - House Points Vouchers expire 12 months after issue

Our House Points Rewards Program is designed exclusively for retail customers. Unfortunately, Trade+ and Wholesale customers are not eligible to earn or redeem House Points. If you're part of our trade program, you already receive exclusive pricing and benefits tailored to your business needs.

House Points Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the House Points Rewards Program (“Program”) offered by Furniture by Design. By participating in the Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility

Retail customers only who shop with us in-store or online at furniturebydesign.nz

Trade, commercial, and wholesale customers are not eligible to earn or redeem House Points.

To participate, customers must register with a valid email address and create a customer account.

2. Earning Points

Points are earned on eligible purchases based on the order subtotal (excluding shipping and any discounts).

Points are awarded only on purchases made while logged into your customer account.

• Discounted trade/wholesale orders
• Shipping or delivery charges
• Returned or cancelled orders

3. Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for in-store or online purchases at Furniture by Design.

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Expiry & Conditions

Points may expire after 12 months of inactivity (no purchases or redemptions).

We reserve the right to adjust points balances in the case of returned goods, fraud, or error.

Furniture by Design reserves the right to change or cancel the Program at any time, including reward tiers, point values, and eligibility.

5. Abuse & Misuse

Any misuse of the Program (including creating multiple accounts or abusing promotional offers) may result in disqualification and loss of all accumulated points.

Trade and wholesale customers who attempt to access or benefit from the retail loyalty program will be removed from the Program.

6. Privacy

Customer data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your information will be used to manage your rewards account and send updates about your points and rewards.
