DELIVERY
Your order for in-stock items will be processed and dispatched within approximately 2 working days. Our team operates from 8.30am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
For items on pre-order, we will send you a confirmation email with the estimated delivery date.

To ensure the security of your delivery, we require a signature upon receipt. Please provide a physical address where someone can sign for your order between 9am and 5pm on weekdays. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@furniturebydesign.nz within 48 hours, and refer to our returns policy HERE. We will address the issue promptly.
