House Points Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
Retail customers only who shop with us in-store or online at furniturebydesign.nz
Trade, commercial, and wholesale customers are not eligible to earn or redeem House Points.
To participate, customers must register with a valid email address and create a customer account.
2. Earning Points
Points are earned on eligible purchases based on the order subtotal (excluding shipping and any discounts).
Points are awarded only on purchases made while logged into your customer account.
- Discounted trade/wholesale orders
- Shipping or delivery charges
- Returned or cancelled orders
3. Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed for in-store or online purchases at Furniture by Design.
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Expiry & Conditions
Points may expire after 12 months of inactivity (no purchases or redemptions).
We reserve the right to adjust points balances in the case of returned goods, fraud, or error.
Furniture by Design reserves the right to change or cancel the Program at any time, including reward tiers, point values, and eligibility.
5. Abuse & Misuse
Any misuse of the Program (including creating multiple accounts or abusing promotional offers) may result in disqualification and loss of all accumulated points.
Trade and wholesale customers who attempt to access or benefit from the retail loyalty program will be removed from the Program.
6. Privacy
Customer data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your information will be used to manage your rewards account and send updates about your points and rewards.
