The black Anders Tallboy is for bedrooms that need proper storage but could also use a bit more backbone. Its vertical shape keeps the footprint sensible, while the darker finish adds contrast and definition without tipping the room into gloom.

It suits architectural bedrooms, modern family homes and apartments where storage needs to work hard without spreading across the wall.

Anders Black Tallboy FAQs

Why would I choose a tallboy instead of a wider chest of drawers?

A tallboy gives you decent storage without eating up half the room. If floor space is tight, going upward is usually the smarter move.

Will the Anders Tallboy feel too heavy in a bedroom?

No. The shape is clean and fairly restrained, so it still feels tidy rather than bulky. It gives you useful storage without turning the room into a wall of furniture.

Will the black finish make the room feel too dark?

Not if the rest of the room has a bit of balance. Black adds contrast and structure, and works especially well with oak, warm neutrals, soft textiles and lighter walls.

Who is this tallboy best suited to?

It is a good option for anyone who needs more drawer storage than a bedside can offer, but does not have the space for a long dresser. In other words, useful people with normal-sized bedrooms.
